Getting to the University of Birmingham

Situated in Edgbaston, approximately 3 miles South West of Birmingham city centre, the University is easily accessed by public or private transport. Useful information on how to get to the University can be found here.

Finding the your way around campus

The workshop will be held in the School of Biosciences, marked R27 in the red zone of this map. Turning left out of University station, you should cross the cobbled road by the Faraday statue at West Gate, continue between the Learning Centre (R28) and Computer Science (Y9), past Chemistry West (Y8), the Green Bike Project and Haworth Building (Y2), and enter the School of Biosciences at the main entrance by the bicycle sheds.
